Product Features


- The mining transformer utilizes stacked, high-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel sheets. It features a core-type design with fully mitered, stacked joints. The core limbs have a stepped circular cross-section, ensuring low noise and low losses, while the tank structure is robust.

- High- and low-voltage cable connection boxes are welded to the sides of the tank for cable termination. The high-voltage winding includes taps for ±5% rated voltage adjustment; the power supply must be disconnected before operating the tap changer to adjust the voltage.

- The low-voltage side supports either a "Y" connection (693V) or a "D" connection (400V). Secondary terminals are routed to six bushings within the cable connection box, allowing users to reconfigure the connection. Lifting lugs welded to the tank walls facilitate hoisting. The tank base is equipped with skids featuring mounting holes, allowing for the installation of mine car wheels if required for underground transport.
